Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to run a juvenile game providing business in violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act shall register with the competent authority;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not register with the competent authorities, from December 2, 2016 to March 21, 2017, operated a juvenile game providing business by installing one game machine, which is a "ck" game product, in front of the "Ck Center" located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and by inserting cash to many unspecified people and by selecting a person.

2. No person in violation of the Educational Environment Protection Act shall operate a game providing business, except for the cases where the superintendent of an office of education or a person delegated by the superintendent of an office of education deems it not harmful to learning and educational environment through deliberation of a regional committee in a relative protection zone, which exceeds 50 meters in a straight line from the entrance of a school, and which is up to 200 meters in a straight

Nevertheless, without undergoing deliberation by the regional committee, the Defendant engaged in the game providing business as described in paragraph (1) prior to the car center listed in paragraph (1), located at approximately 8.03 meters away from the boundary of D elementary schools at around the same time as described in paragraph (1).
