1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 133,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 22, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the defendant may recognize the fact that he/she borrowed money several times from the plaintiff, and prepared a notarial deed under a monetary loan agreement with the effect that "the defendant borrowed money from the plaintiff on July 22, 201, which was the notary public, from the plaintiff on July 22, 2011, the amount of KRW 133,000,000,000, from the plaintiff on December 31, 2011."

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 13,00,000 won based on the notarial deed of the above monetary loan contract and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from March 22, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order sought by the plaintiff after the due date.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
