1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex;
B. As from September 25, 2016, the delivery of the above building.
Reasons
1. On June 6, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant with a view to KRW 10,000,000 for a lease deposit and KRW 2 years from June 6, 2013 to June 6, 2015 for a lease deposit and KRW 700,000 for a rent, respectively.
As the Defendant delayed the payment of rent in several months, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a modified contract with the lease deposit of KRW 5,800,000 on September 22, 2016 and the lease term of KRW 6, 2017, but the Defendant did not pay the rent even after the modification contract, and the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract on the ground of overdue rent. The Defendant is obligated to deliver the building indicated in the attached Form to the Plaintiff and pay the Plaintiff a rent of KRW 700,000 on the basis of the rate of KRW 70,000 per month from September 25, 2016 to the completion date of delivery of the building.
