The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below's decision to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance and not guilty on the grounds that there is no evidence of a crime as to the violation of the Narcotics Control Act and the violation of the Narcotics Control Act due to the import of marijuana among the facts charged of this case, is just and there is no error of law by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

In addition, the prosecutor appealed against the guilty portion of the judgment of the court below, but did not submit any grounds for objection.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
