1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On January 8, 1966, the Plaintiff entered the Army and participated in the Vietnam War from February 3, 1967 to July 19, 1967. Around May 19, 1967, the Vietnam War entered the Republic of Korea, and received treatment at the right lower part of the right lower part of the Vietnam War, and was discharged from military service on October 5, 1968.

B. On August 21, 198, the Plaintiff was subject to the ordinary trade of a bridge during military service, and applied for registration of a person who rendered distinguished service to the Defendant on August 21, 198. On October 28, 1998, the Board of Patriots and Veterans Entitlement deliberated and decided that the Plaintiff constitutes a soldier or policeman killed or wounded in action under the former part of Article 4(1)4 of the Act on the Honorable Treatment and Support of Persons, etc. of Distinguished Service to the State (hereinafter “Act”).

C. On December 22, 198, the Plaintiff was judged to be “outstanding” as a result of the “outstanding functional limitation” in a physical examination conducted by the Busan Veterans Hospital, and was judged to be “outstanding” in a physical examination conducted on February 26, 199.

On January 13, 200, the Plaintiff applied for the re-registration of a person of distinguished service to the State on March 4, 2000, and received a physical examination at the Busan Veterans Hospital on March 4, 200, but was judged to be “less the grade standard” as the opinion of “I amba, but, in the case of the leba

E. On January 19, 2005, the Plaintiff received physical examination from Busan Veterans Hospital on October 21, 2005 by applying for registration of "Mararia and Pacific Industries" under the name of additional deliberative soldiers, and received an application for registration of persons who have rendered distinguished services to the State. It was determined to be a minor opinion on the trade opinion of the Ministry of Mara and the functional disorder.

On October 2, 2007, the Plaintiff received a physical examination at the Busan Veterans Hospital on October 25, 2007, but was determined to be below the grading standard by the opinion that “I complained of a pain of a get off, but failed to meet the grading standard.”

F. On October 22, 2009, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant for re-verification, and conducted physical examinations at the Busan Veterans Hospital on November 25, 2009.
