1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person who is operating a two dynasium (hereinafter “instant two dynasium”) under the trade name of “C” in Gwangjin-gu B.

Since the Plaintiff’s father, the Plaintiff’s father, began to engage in the raising of money around 1978, the head of the instant money has been operated until now. From around 2004, E, the Plaintiff and his spouse, also operate the raising of money of this case.

On October 22, 2003, Ansan District Court Decision 2003 Gowon District Court Decision 17320, Oct. 11, 2003, Articles 54 subparag. 54 subparag. 11 and 24-2(4) of the former Act on the Treatment of Sewage, Excreta and Livestock Wastewater [before the repeal by Act No. 8014, Sep. 27, 2006 (Enforcement September 28, 2007)], see the attached Table 2 million won, having been sentenced to a fine as above and sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million from Jan. 4, 2002 to July 19, 203 x 200 g x 30 days x 18 months x 108 months x 1000 g (108 tons).

C. On November 22, 2001, D reported the installation of livestock wastewater discharge facilities to the Gwangju Metropolitan City Mayor with the following contents, and on November 21, 2003, the Gwangju Metropolitan City Mayor issued a certificate of completion inspection on the above report.
