A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a car B.

On November 18, 2018, the Defendant driven the said Tluri-ri vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.137% at a section of approximately 1.6 km from the 1.6km to the Dluri-ri Road located in the said Gu C, as healan-si, Ansan-si around 19:33, the Defendant driven the said Tluri-ri vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.137%.
