1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and 20% per annum from April 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the reasons for the application;
(2) The provisions of Article 208(3)(3)(a) of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of a creditor; however, the creditor shall be deemed to be the plaintiff; and the debtor shall be deemed to be the defendant.
