Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:00 on May 2, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the official duties of a public official in lawful performance of official duties by taking away and destroying balths of construction green areas and affiliated public officials C (the age of 47, South) in the process of resisting to cut trees in relation to cutting trees at the 3rd floor building green areas of Pyeongtaek-si Office 1366 and the cut-out (Gu B) in which he temporarily resides within his own temporary dwelling.
