1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,407,668 as well as KRW 10,210,026 among them, from April 20, 2019.

The cause of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is identical to that of the changed cause of claim, and the facts of the cause can be recognized in full view of the entries and the purport of the whole of the arguments on the evidence as set forth in Nos. 1 through 7.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 10,407,668 won (=the cost of KRW 10,210,026 KRW 32,00 KRW 165,642 KRW) and the principal amount of KRW 10,210,026 KRW 24% per annum, which is the rate of delayed damages from April 20, 2019 to the date of full payment.
