Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2012, at around 10:15, the Defendant driven B 124C occ in the state of failing to purchase a mandatory insurance without a motorcycle driver's license from around 20 kilometers from the front of the Mapo-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to the front of the Mapo-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul to the front road.
