Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2016, the Defendant changed the lane from the two-lane to the one-lane, and moved to the one-lane by the victim C (55 years old) while driving a dangerous Bschton car in the vicinity of the U.S. IC on December 28, 2016, the Defendant immediately operated the vehicle after changing the two-lane to the one-lane, and then changing the two-lane to the one-lane to the one-lane, and overtaking the victim's driver car to close close to the other-lane, and approach the victim's driver car to the latter, thereby threateninging the victim's body or property.
