The sentence of punishment against the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants and H are members of the Committee for Re-employment of Retired (hereinafter referred to as “re-employment”) comprised of dismissed persons from the J (hereinafter referred to as the “J”) located in the Gyeongglbuk-gun I. K is a person who takes charge of the society of “L” held on November 29, 2014 as a dismissal of a pair of motor vehicles.

Before J on November 29, 2014, around 17:20, 2014, the term “piracy” held “L” in order to support the Ma, who is the chairperson of “piracy” in the company from May 27, 2014, with the 350 employees belonging to 10 organizations, such as the KJ General Headquarters, and from May 27, 2014, the 350 employees belonging to the above company, including the KM, demanded the reinstatement of dismissed persons, and held “L” from May 27, 2014.

H, while holding “L” at around 17:30 on the same day, in such a way as stated above, led participants to a sound, “Dongbs and M Dongbsc.,” and accordingly, the Defendants and K opened a static door in such a way as to cover the iron static door, which was closed by the said company’s sentiments, into the company with approximately 350 participants, and intruded into the company with approximately 250 meters away from the west door to the chimney of the company south-gu factory.

As a result, the Defendants, together with 350 participants in H and K, invaded into the above company, which is a building against the will of the J manager (Liquidators N) who is the victim.
