A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, a solvents agent, took overall control of the practical practices of solvents transactions, such as D, E (State), (State), and (State)G, and pretended to sell solventss to the disguised traders by obtaining each business registration certificate, business passbook, etc. from co-defendant H (hereinafter “H”) and I, J, etc., and preparing false tax invoices using them. As such, the Defendant would sell solventss for the purpose of manufacturing fake petroleum.

I, for the purpose of disguised use, communicate to the defendant the business registration certificates of K, (ju), L, and M, each business operator's passbook, and the disguised trader's business registration certificates, (main) N,O, P, and each business operator's passbook, etc., which are directly established by the person himself/herself, and exercises overall control over the distribution of solvents, such as the order, transportation, sale and sales of solvents, and sales proceeds.

H The purpose of disguised transactions is to deliver to the Defendant each business registration certificate, passbook, etc., such as (i) N,O, P, etc., a disguised trader directly opened or obtained by the Defendant through the said I, (ii) use in a disguised transaction, (iii) use in a disguised transaction, (iv) use in the name of Q, R, S, T, and U, a disguised trader, and resells fake petroleum manufacturers.

V is a person who exercises overall control over the affairs of transporting solvents that the Defendant sells by employing W, X, and Y as a tank transport engineer according to the direction of the above I to the manufacturer of fake petroleum for the purpose of manufacturing fake petroleum.

The J delivers to the above A each business registration certificate, passbook, etc. of (State), AA, (State)AB, AC, AD, (State), AE, AF, UAG, and (State) AH for the purpose of disguised use in the transaction of fake petroleum and then uses them for disguised transaction.
