A on November 1, 2017, a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of acceptance of bribe at the Jinwon District Court's Jinwon branch for a period of six months of suspension of execution of imprisonment, fine of twenty million won, additional collection of ten million won, and the judgment was finalized on the 28th of the same month.

Defendant

A is a person who works as the vice-subsidiary of the Gyeongnam Development Corporation, a local public corporation, from October 5, 2009 to November 30, 2017, and was in charge of selling the land for the comprehensive commercial development project of the G station area implemented by the Gyeongnam Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "B, etc.") under the name of H, who was awarded a bid for KRW 8,534,77,777,777 in the name of H, as the shareholders of H corporation, around July 15, 2016.

1. On July 16, 2016, Defendant A received various conveniences in the process of bidding for the commercial site of this case, such as providing information on the bid price ratio of the commercial site of this case from K and 2 L members counseling rooms at K and 2, etc., and providing information on the appropriate bid price and the expected bid price of the commercial site of this case. Defendant A received KRW 20 million through B under the pretext of the case cost for offering various conveniences in the process of bidding for the commercial site of this case.

As a result, Defendant A received a bribe in relation to the duties of employees of Gyeongnam Development Corporation who are deemed public officials.

2. On July 12, 2016, Defendants B, C, and D offered a bid for the instant commercial site with the review and analysis data on the bid price rate for the instant commercial site, information on the adequate bid price, and the expected bid price for the instant commercial site in the open competitive bidding procedure for the G station area commercial site implemented by the Korea Development Corporation. As such, Defendants offered a bid for the instant commercial site, and offered a bid for the instant commercial site to A.

Accordingly, Defendant B is provided with data on the review and analysis of the bid price rate of the commercial site of this case at the L Council member counseling office in K and the second floor around July 16, 2016 and participated in the bidding.
