개인정보 무단수집 피고인은 2013. 2. 21.경부터 2014. 2. 13.경까지 위 ‘H’ 사무실에서 휴대전화 판매를 위해 별도로 서버(I)를 마련한 후, 인터넷 사이트인 ‘뽐뿌’, ‘네이버 지식쇼핑’, ‘호갱님호갱님우리호갱님’, ‘네이버 공동구매카페’, ‘뽐뿌 스마트폰’ 등에 휴대폰 가입권유 글을 게시한 후 이용자들이 휴대폰 가입신청을 원하면 위 게시글의 배너를 통해 위 서버에 접속하게 하고, 휴대폰 가입신청을 위하여 이름, 주민등록번호, 전화번호, 휴대전화, 주소 등 개인정보를 입력하도록 하였다.
