Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 28, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for larceny, etc. in the Cheongju District Court Jeju District Court Branch on August 31, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chungcheong detention house on August 31, 2012.
At around 02:00 on October 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not set up in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office Officetel 413; and (b) invaded by a plan, the Defendant used 2.6 million won of the victim D’s market value, which is the victim D, with the goods worth KRW 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won of the market value.
