When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:50 on April 27, 2018, the Defendant driven a b bargaining car in the state of alcohol concentration of 0.178% at the distance of 10km from the upper corner of the satisfaction cafeteria to the top of 33-13 front of the 33-13rd road, where the Defendant was able to prevent the string of the blood alcohol in the direction of 10km.
