Punishment of the crime

On 22:40 on 05, 201, at around 22:40, the Defendant, at around 112, sent to Gwangju City, 112, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties of the said police officer by assaulting the E-line by walking the front side of the bridge of the said D and E one time in the course of carrying the patrol vehicle, after having been arrested as an offender while walking the front side of the said D and E one time in the course of carrying the patrol vehicle; and (b) having obstructed the performance of official duties of the said police officer.
