A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The application for compensation of this case is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant resided in the Dongjak-gu Seoul E-Announcement Office 303, which is operated by the victim D, and frequently disputed with the victim F, the general director of the above E-Announcement Board, and C, the tenant of the above E-Announcement Board, due to noise, etc.

1. Defluence;

A. At around 22:30 on April 1, 2012, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim’s voice “Ig, chch fe, feasia, Gool, Gool, Gool at the latest time, me to clean at the late time, and me to do so,” following the Defendant’s hearing by the aforementioned E-Public Notice Board occupants.

B. At around 23:50 on April 4, 2012, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by “A and the aforementioned E-Public Notice Board occupants who were next to the Defendant on the ground that the Victim F was the Defendant as the Defendant,” following the Defendant’s hearing.

C. At around 23:50 on April 4, 2012, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim’s voice, “I must come to see, she, and she must do so,” in the hearing of the victim C on the ground that the victim C was in side by the victim C while disputing F as described in paragraph 1(b).

At around 20:50 on April 6, 2012, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, was the victim C at the above E-Public Notice Board, and the occupants of the F and the above E-Public Notice Board, who were adjacent to the victim C, called “I amba, I amba, I amba, I amba, I amba, I amba, I amba.”

The “publicly insulting the victim by openly insulting the sound.”

2. Violence;

A. On April 4, 2012, at the above E-Announcement Board around 23:55, the Defendant expressed that the victim C visited the Defendant, “I wish to do so,” and assaulted the victim’s face at one time by drinking, on the ground that C visited the Defendant.

B. On April 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 20:55, to the victim C without any reason at the above E-Public Notice Board.
