A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with labor by the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan District Court on August 16, 2017.

1. Disturbing fraud, business by around 02:00 on December 9, 2017;

A. On December 9, 2017, around 02:00, the Defendant received an order of alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 20,000,00 in total of the market prices of 3 C C C C and C without the intent or ability to pay the alcohol value from the “E” operated by the victim D, who is located in Busan Yan-gu, Busan, and without having any intention or ability to pay the alcohol value.

B. The Defendant interfering with his duties shall, at the time and place described in the above paragraph (a) above, be under the influence of alcohol, and “I amba Ma, I amba, I amba, I amba, I amba, and ambagu G autopsy.”

From this date, the victim's main business operation was obstructed by force by neglecting about 40 minutes of his/her happiness, such as taking a bath with a large amount of 40 minutes of his/her ability to do so.

2. Dec. 9, 2017: Fraud, interference with business, and assault around 21:10 on December 9, 2017;

A. On December 9, 2017, at around 21:10, the Defendant received an order for alcohol and alcohol equivalent to a total of 30,000 won of the market price, including 3 sick and Salju, without any intent or ability to pay the drinking value, from the Icop within the foregoing “E” operated by the Victim H.

B. Business interference, the Defendant’s assault, at the time and place described in the above paragraph (a) above, has been employed by the victim J (J, 54 years old) operating the said “E” from the victim J (J, 54 years old)

Along with the Majority Opinion, the victim’s head was bleeped twice by hand, and the victim was able to escape out of the above shop and 20 minutes of his/her escape, such as she was able to drive away from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim and interfered with the victim's main business by force.

3. Fraudulent, interference with business operations on December 12, 2017;

A. The Defendant was guilty on December 23, 2017.
