Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,00, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A is a pharmacist to establish a F pharmacy in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and Defendant B is the above A.

1. No person other than Defendant B pharmacy founders may sell drugs; and

Nevertheless, at around February 6, 2016, the Defendant sold one “Tromangel”, which is a medicine, to the needy customer, at the above pharmacy on February 6, 2016.

2. Defendant A and Defendant B, an employee of the Defendant, committed the above violation in relation to the Defendant’s business.

3. Notwithstanding that Defendant B’s pharmacy founders cannot sell drugs, at around 08:03, on January 18, 2016, the Defendant sold 16,00 won of the drugs to G at the above F pharmacy and generated 1,00 won of the over-the-counter drugs (10 boxes), Rashes 1 boxes (10 boxes), and Hashes 1 boxes (10 Hegsss).

4. Defendant A sold over-the-counter drugs at the time and place described in paragraph (3) as described in the preceding paragraph with respect to Defendant’s business.
