Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert the use of farmland outside an agricultural promotion area without obtaining permission from the Minister for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, but from February 201 to January 10, 2013, the Defendant converted the use of farmland by constructing one prefabricated-type house on the same land, and building an access road in the area of 843 square meters, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, and 268 square meters, the land outside the agricultural promotion area, from February 1, 2012 to January 10, 2013.
