Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2013, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven a B low-speed car with approximately 300 meters alcohol concentration 0.153% under the influence of alcohol from a road near the agricultural and fishery product market history distance in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do to the roads near the Samsan-dong in the same Dong.
