Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months with prison labor for a crime of driving the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and a fine of 1 million won with the same court on September 17, 2013, respectively.
