Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Defendant A] On April 6, 2017, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special assault, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on December 8, 2017.
1. Around 12:00 on January 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by having two diseases with a career-based address equivalent to KRW 3,400, the market price owned by the victim using a cresh in which the victim F’s surveillance was neglected; and (b) having two diseases with a career-based address equivalent to KRW 3,400.
