A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

10,000 won shall be collected from the defendant, and the amount equivalent to the additional collection charge shall be collected.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (i.e., a single philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), as follows:

At around 07:00 on April 16, 2019, the Defendant injected C, D, and E in collusion with c, D, and E by inserting approximately 0.1g of opon into a single-use injection machine and dilution with water, and the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of opon into a coffee.
