Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2012, the Defendant reported on the distribution of medical devices to the astronomical Viewing and Viewing, and operated C Company B in Seoan-gu, Seoan City.

No one shall use an article, a photograph, or a symbol that implies the performance, efficacy, or effect in connection with an advertisement of a medical device, or use any other implication.

Nevertheless, on January 28, 2013, the Defendant displayed a dynamic type dog (name tag), which is a medical device, in order to sell a dynamic type dog (name tag), and attached a photograph and verte photo of a woman who uses a flag to the front glass of the shop of the C company, and stated “vert rehabilitation exercise equipment, flag block block (ebbbbbb, disc), flag block (flag), blick, spin disc, verteblick, flag blick, etc.”

As a result, the Defendant, who is a medical device, advertised by using a photograph as if it has the effect of riding a boat, staying flag, cooling, and pelleting.

The grounds for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act for the order of provisional payment are recognized to be erroneous by the defendant, the defendant has no criminal record, and all other circumstances which form conditions for sentencing, such as the age, character and conduct of the defendant, and environment.
