Punishment of the crime

[2] On May 2, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Chungcheong District Court's Support on May 2, 2003, and one year and six months with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on January 18, 2005, and three years and six months with prison labor for the same crime in the Seoul Northern District Court's Seoul Northern District Court on February 9, 2007, and one year and six months with prison labor for the same crime on September 30, 2010. [2] On August 24, 2016, the Defendant, at around 11:00 on August 24, 2016, stolen the total amount of KRW 7,136,000 property from around eight occasions until October 17, 2016, including the Defendant’s temporary theft of KRW 192,00,00 in the market value of the victim’s possession on a FG vehicle parked by the victim E, in front of the “D food” located in the Chungcheongbuk-si, Chungcheongnam-si.
