Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2011, around 01:15, the Defendant became a vision on the ground that the victim C(27 years of age) who passed from the road in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government was changed to the Defendant.

The Defendant used violence to the victim, such as gathering stones around the victim and booming balp of the victim.
