Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. In order to receive KRW 19.5 million from the victim B (the 33 years of age, the 1.6 months of age, the 33 years of age and the 1.6 months of death with the victim, who was lent to the victim during the course of return with the victim, the victim was a temporary teacher with the intent to threaten the victim by using the incomplete state of employment relationship.

2. Defamation;

A. On June 10, 2019, the Defendant sent a certificate of the content that “A, receiver B, and I wish to take a marriage from 2017, the Defendant would have the right to enter the school room by facsimile of the Changwon-si D High School C, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the victim B, to which he/she is working.” The Defendant sent a certificate of the content that “A, receiver B, and I wish to take a marriage from 2017, the Defendant would have the right to take legal action after the vehicle, and would have the right to attach pressure or interest to the vehicle’s life so that people who enter the school room can easily view it.”

However, the victim did not lend money from the defendant due to the victim's marriage.

As a result, the defendant had damaged reputation by openly pointing out false facts against the victim.

B. Around June 28, 2019, the Defendant, by facsimile, sent to the school department of the school department described in the foregoing paragraph (a) where the victim B is in office, “A, the accused, B, and B, who is the complainant, sent the face ten times in front of the house at the end of April 24.”
