Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2016, at around 00:15, the Defendant: “C gas station” located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan; on the ground that the victim D (46:) who is an employee of the gas station did not pay the money he requested, the Defendant 1 ambane gas 1 (28) and ambane stuffed at three meters prior to the gas station.

Accordingly, the victim who observed the defendant was boomed out of the breath, and the defendant was able to abandon the 500,000 won of medical expenses to the victim by spreading the gas station to the victim.

“In doing so, the victim threatened the victim by citing the bomb gas source, which is an object dangerous to one hand at a 3-meter prior to the main abandonment.”
