A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 26, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on May 26, 2009, and on June 16, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on June 16, 201, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on June 10, 201, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a total of seven criminal records.

On October 19, 2013, at around 03:00, the Defendant driven a Cgppon vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.203% in the section of about 2km from the roads in front of the Daejeon Korean Hospital located in 1672 to the Hongdong-dong, Daejeon, Daejeon, from around 03:10 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision.

2. On October 19, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven a Cgppppon vehicle in the shape of a two-lane road above the Hongdo road located in the Hongdo-dong, Daejeon, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.203%, while under the influence of alcohol on October 19, 2013, the Defendant continued to drive the Cgppon vehicle in the direction of the popon distance of the popon.

At the time of night, the road was bended by the rain, so there was a duty of care to operate the steering system and the brakes properly by properly manipulating the steering gear and the brakes while living well by the driver of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the defendant is unable to properly operate the steering system under the influence of alcohol while neglecting this, and the defendant's driving on the left-hand side of the KS5 vehicle that is driven by the defendant in the same direction as the defendant's negligence.
