1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:

(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex;

B. Of KRW 7,036,740 and as regards this, December 12, 2015

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda, the part claiming damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case among the plaintiffs' claims for damages for delay is dismissed.
