Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On October 15, 2013, at around 01:45, the Defendant: (a) sent to the B police box, upon receipt of a report from the Defendant that “a customer scambling on a high-speed bus” in front of the Mascambrole Madle, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim of the B police box, who was called “a passenger scambling on a high-speed bus”, by the Defendant’s refusal to present his identification card to the Defendant while identifying the circumstances of the instant case on board 28 passengers; and (b) the Defendant’s refusal to request the Defendant to present his identification card,
