Nevertheless, on July 19, 2013, at the mobile phone sales store located in Daegu Northern-gu B, the Defendant used Internet file sharing eMULE program to “(eMULE) FF00640F640 F777777677672F6772f7605660.80.80.a6, the Defendant was downloaded with obscene materials in which female children and male adults have sexual intercourse with obscene materials, and distributed them openly so that many and unspecified people can get download through the same program.
