1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,645,890 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 31, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Articles 150(3) and 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the applicable provisions of the Acts (i.e., so-called “self-agresponding,” the Defendant only submitted a written objection and reply to the request of the Plaintiff to dismiss the Plaintiff’s claim on February 10, 2015, and did not specifically respond to the correction recommendation of the court, and the Defendant did not comply with the correction recommendation of the court).
