Reasons
The reasoning of this court concerning this case is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, this court shall accept this case as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claims against the defendants shall be accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining claims shall be dismissed without merit. Since the judgment of the court of first instance is justified in conclusion, the appeal of this case against the defendants and the incidental appeal of this case against the defendants of this case are dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
