Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall possess, distribute, process, keep, or sell fishery resources captured and gathered in violation of an order issued under the Fishery Resources Management Act or Fisheries Act, and female booms (hereinafter referred to as "bakbaks") are prohibited from catching and gathering fishery resources for the propagation and protection of fishery resources.

At around 17:00 on December 16, 2013, the Defendant sold to B 7 boxes with the female female 150,000 won (119ma) out of 5 boxes (150 mags) in front of mountain beaches located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. on the following three occasions from around November 16, 201 to around the above date, including selling 160,000 won to B of 5 boxes (150 mags).
