Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A on May 26, 2006, he was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for special robbery, etc. by the Seoul Northern District Court, and was released on January 28, 201 in the Ansan Prison on parole on April 11, 201 during the execution of the sentence.

1. On July 23, 2012, the Defendants’ co-principaled the Defendant’s false statement that “The Defendant leased a high-class camera, as it requires camera to take photographs in the Internet shopping mall,” at the G Kamerra loan specialty store operated by the victim F in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul.”

However, the fact that there was no intention to use the camera and return it.

The Defendants were issued from the victim the fluor, i.e., the sum of 6,480,000 won in the market value, i.e., carmeras, 3 shipmeras, 2 shipmeras, 16G meras card 2, 16G meras card 2, 16G meras.

As a result, the Defendants were provided property by deceiving the victim.

2. Defendant A

A. A. On September 3, 2012, at around 03:00 on September 3, 2012, the Defendant carried 2,024,00 won in total, including a 1,00,000,000 won in cash, 930,000 won in game culture gift certificates, 40,000 won in cultural products, and a 2,024,000 won in 20,000 won in cash at the J convenience stores operated by the victim I in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

B. The Defendant, by using computers, etc., set up his own transportation cards on the opportun electrical machine installed at the time and place set forth in paragraph (2) of Article 2, and operated the terminal, charged 20,000 won in total with the said transportation card over three occasions by 20,000 won from the said card.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to 60,000 won by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.
