Criminal facts

Around September 2003, the Defendant was married with the Victim C (Y, 53 years of age) and was living on a labor day. Around July 2012, the Defendant was frequently disputed with the victim due to a planned loan and monetary expenditure of the Defendant at ordinary times, and was unable to engage in any work thereafter, the Defendant was able to hear frequently the Defendant’s economic influence from the victim, and was dissatisfied with the perception that the Defendant would be neglected by the victim.
