All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the grounds of appeal by Defendant A in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the lower judgment, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that the Defendant was guilty of the facts charged for the reasons indicated in its holding, and it did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the crime of intimidation, as

Examining the grounds of appeal by Defendant B and C in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment below, the court below was just in finding the Defendants guilty of the facts charged for the reasons indicated in its holding, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err in the misapprehension of legal principles as to insult or legitimate act,

3. As to the prosecutor’s grounds of appeal, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment convicting Defendant D, E, F, G, and H on the ground that there was no proof of the facts constituting the crime, and sentenced the Defendant not guilty.

The judgment below

In light of the records, the above determination by the court below is just and acceptable. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors of misapprehending the legal principles on the violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection

4. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
