Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2017, at around 07:50, the Defendant expressed that a drunk person was expected to have a parked vehicle in front of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, upon receiving a report from 112, the Defendant expressed his/her desire to “I am son who fright to fright, I am son, and F am son, I am son, I am son, I am son, I am son, I am son, I am son who was called “I am fright, I am son, I am son, I am son, I am son, I am son who was called “I am fright, I am a son, I am son, I am.”

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officials concerning the handling of reports and the maintenance of order.

Although verbal abuse and the exercise of physical power against police officers on the grounds of sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the Criminal Procedure Act with regard to the order of provisional payment should be strictly punished, the crime of this case is more severe;

In full view of the following circumstances: (a) it is difficult to see that the Defendant committed the instant crime; (b) the Defendant was the primary criminal offender with no criminal history; (c) the Defendant was a relatively old age but has a certain occupation and has a certain social ties; and (d) the Defendant’s character and conduct, family environment, etc., and reflects the social ties, the Defendant shall be punished by a fine.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
