A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2020, at around 06:35, the Defendant paid the price for food in Busan Dong-gu B and 1st floor C, and 112, the Defendant saw the above E, who was recommended to return home, to pay the price for food to the head E belonging to the D District District of the Busan Dong Police Station D District, Busan Dong-dong Police Station, and was spited on the back head of the said E at once, stating, “I am sing out, sing out, sing out, sing out, are the police, sing out, and I am from the Marine Corps.” At the time, the Defendant sing off the back head of the said E at once.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 report processing.
