A is the representative of corporation B in Daegu Northern-gu C, and the defendant corporation B is a corporation established to manufacture and wholesale electronic parts, etc.

1. No person who is a defendant shall employ any foreigner without the reasonable status of stay;

Nevertheless, from July 3, 2013 to March 31 of the same month, the Defendant employed five foreigners who are illegally staying in the Republic of Korea as shown in the attached list of crimes, such as employment on condition that he would pay 4,860 won at the time of the illegal stay D in the above factory B.

2. The Defendant Company B, at the same time and place, employed five foreigners who were the representative of the Defendant, as above, in relation to the Defendant’s business.
