Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star Co., Ltd.

At around 14:10 on December 10, 2012, the Defendant driving the said vehicle in front of the “civil market” that is located in the grassland of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and led the Defendant to drive the said vehicle without mandatory insurance at a speed of about 5 km per hour from the seat of the grassland to the seat of the sea hotel at the speed of about 5 km.

Since there is a cross-section where signal lights and crosswalks are installed, in such a case, the driver has a duty of care to safely drive the driver in accordance with the new code.

As a result, the Defendant received the victim by such occupational negligence as above, and went away without taking necessary measures even though he suffered injury such as salt pans, tensions, etc. in the left-hand thickness, which requires the victim to receive approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and driving the said motor vehicle which was not covered by mandatory insurance.
