A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Fraud;
A. On June 1, 2019, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that “D” site using smartphones was connected to the Defendant’s residence located in Daegu Suwon-gu building B building C, and sold 16.88 money from Daegu to KRW 2.360,00,00” on the bulletin board, and made a false statement to the same effect to the victim E who reported it to the same effect.
