B As the representative of F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “FF”) operating food wholesale and retail business, agricultural and fishery product processing and sales business, and cooking food sales business, etc., from January 2009 to April 2016, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si as the representative of F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “State”). Defendant C is the vice president for the above period, who actually operated FF with Defendant B, and Defendant A is the senior vice president for the above period, and Defendant B is the senior senior tax accountant at high school and the senior tax accountant at high school from March 2012 to January 2016, 2016.

Defendant C: (a) established and operated a company under the name of “F” and “H” and “I”, and (b) opened and operated a company under the name of “B” and “B”, with the absence of actual transactions between the above company and “F”; (c) submitted financial statements, etc. under the name of “F” in which the details of the false purchase and sale were calculated in excess of the actual transactions; and (d) received loans from the bank under the name of “F” for business funds from the bank; and (e) intended to arbitrarily consume them with personal land purchase, credit card price, etc.; and (e) Defendant C was a certified tax accountant with the intent to receive and issue false tax invoices in the above process; (b) submitted to the tax office with the knowledge of the fact that the purchase and sale results were falsely unfolded; and (c) submitted a false statement of accounts statement to the bank under the jurisdiction of the tax office with the knowledge of the fact that the purchase and sale details were appropriated; and (d) submitted a statement of accounts statement of profits and losses; and surplus disposal.
