Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 1942]

1. On April 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 00:51, the Defendant was able to pay a charge to the victim C (M, 53 years old) in the Doncheon-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) on board the taxi; (c) however, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the charge even if he/she uses the Don operated by the victimized person.

Nevertheless, the Defendant had the victim operate the said taxi at 106 Gaam-ro, 106, the 01:06 Gwangju Mine-ro on the same day, and did not pay KRW 7,700,00, after having the victim operate the said taxi at 106 Gaam-ro, Gwangju Mine-ro.

2. On May 1, 2018, at around 02:30, the Defendant damaged the F convenience store located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, to the extent that, without any reason, the repair cost equivalent to KRW 350,260 on the string of the string line of the H New Technology, which is owned by the injured G (40 years old) was destroyed by the string of the string line of the victim G (350,260.

3. The Defendant committed assault against the Victim G at the same date and time as paragraph 2, and at the same place as that of paragraph 2, the victim left out of the play vehicle due to the Defendant’s act of driving the vehicle, and the victim resisted the victim’s neck and left chest, and the victim committed assault on one occasion by taking out the victim’s neck and left chest.

4. On April 30, 2018, around 08:20, the Defendant damaged the said vehicle to take up approximately KRW 400,000,00 of the repair cost, on the street, in front of the 1st apartment house of Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu, and without any reason, by reporting the victim JJ, who is running the place, and reporting the K Ma-Ma L L-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W

5. The Defendant, on April 24, 2018, committed assault against the victim L, on the road front of the N convenience store located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, about 00:30, on the ground that the Defendant was refused to pay the taxi cost to the victim L (62 years old) who stopped the taxi and was sitting in the driver’s seat, but was forced to pay the taxi cost to the following: (a) he scke in the above taxi, sckeed the victim; and (b) the victim sckeed the victim with his return from the taxi; and (c) once the victim sckes the victim’s return from the taxi.
