Criminal facts
Some of the facts charged were corrected.
1. On July 11, 2018, the Defendant of public performance and obscenity: (a) received a report in front of Gwangju City, “A person who has taken a breath in drinking water,” and received a solicitation from police officers, such as Police Officers D, belonging to the Gwangju Police Station C District of the Gwangju Police Station, to return home from the Defendant. “I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am. 2.
